Overview

Olive Pures accepts eligible return requests within 3 to 4 days after the customer receives the order, subject to investigation and verification.

Return Requirements

To request a return:

• The order slip must be provided with the returned order.

• The return request must be made within 3 to 4 days after receiving the order.

• The returned order will be subject to an investigation before a refund is released.

Refund Process

Refunds are not released immediately upon receiving a returned order. Olive Pures will first investigate the return and verify the relevant details.

Once the investigation is completed, the refund will be released if the return is approved.

Important Notes

• Returns received outside the 3 to 4 day return period may not be accepted.

• An order slip is required for the return.

• Refunds are released after the investigation is completed.
